Delivery Timeframes
Every order goes through a two-step journey:
- Processing Time (24–48 hours business days):
We confirm your order, inspect and pack your item, and hand it to our shipping partner right away.
- Delivery Time:
Time in transit from our shipping center to your door.
- USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 5–10 business days
- Other major destinations: 7–14 business days
- Please Note: All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary due to customs, carrier disruptions, natural events, or other factors outside our control. Delivery delays do not qualify as covered losses under our shipping insurance.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping (with tracking): Free on every order.
- Insured Delivery: Automatically included, protecting your order from loss, theft, or damage up to the full value.

Shipping Insurance
- Coverage: Insurance automatically protects your package during transit against theft, loss, or physical damage, up to the value declared at purchase.
- Exclusions: Shipping insurance does NOT cover delivery delays, indirect/consequential losses, or any damage not caused during transit.
- Claims: To file a claim, contact support within 7 days of delivery for damaged items, or within 14 days from expected delivery for lost packages. Please provide your order number, proof of value, and photos if applicable. Insurance is non-refundable after shipment.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because we begin fulfilling orders immediately, we can only process cancellations before your order enters processing.
For cancellation requests, contact support at support@thriveoo.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is processing or in transit, it cannot be altered or canceled.
General Terms
- By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and acknowledge all delivery times are estimates only.
- Any disputes or claims related to shipping or this policy are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to its exclusive jurisdiction.
- We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier issues, or customs.
- We may update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time your order is placed will govern your shipment.
